About these terms
These terms apply to arventiqlabs.com and the services on it, operated by Arventiq Labs LLP (LLPIN: ADC-3527), BMS Innovation Centre, Yelahanka, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560119, India. By using the website you agree to them. Our products and consulting services are governed by the written agreement signed for them.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the website, its API or any system, except as allowed by our vulnerability disclosure policy.
- Use the free security tools only for content, domains, IP addresses and accounts you own or are authorised to check, or that someone sent you. Do not use them to harass anyone, to automate bulk lookups, or to evade the rate limits.
- Do not submit unlawful, false or misleading information through any form.
Free security tools
The tools are provided free, as is, without warranty. Results are indications based on public data and simple checks, not verdicts. A clean result does not mean something is safe, and a warning does not prove wrongdoing. Do not rely on them as your only safeguard for payments, downloads or security decisions. Third-party data sources are credited on each result and remain subject to their providers’ terms.
Community scam reports
- Report only what happened to you or someone you are helping, truthfully and in good faith. False reports may be unlawful and may be passed to the authorities.
- You give us a non-exclusive licence to store and analyse your report and to publish aggregated information derived from it (counts and categories). We never publish what you wrote or who you are.
- Reports are allegations by members of the public, not findings by Arventiq Labs. We may refuse, edit, hide or remove any report.
- Anyone who believes a listing is wrong can use the dispute form; see Grievance redressal.
- A report to us is not a police complaint. For financial fraud, call 1930 or file at cybercrime.gov.in.
Events, paid internships and payments
Paid registrations are processed by Razorpay. Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Cancellations and refunds follow our Refund and cancellation policy.
Fee-based internships are training programmes. The fee, what it covers and when it is due are shown before you pay. Paying the fee does not create an employment relationship and does not guarantee a job, a stipend or placement. Selection for any paid role is based on merit, and we never accept money to influence a selection. We take payments only through the Razorpay checkout on arventiqlabs.com, never by personal UPI, bank transfer or to an individual.

We aim to keep content accurate, but features, pricing, availability and descriptions may change. Guides, articles and advisories are general information, not professional advice for your situation. A demonstration or description does not create a commitment unless confirmed in writing.
Intellectual property
The Arventiq Labs name, logo and content belong to Arventiq Labs LLP or their owners. The source code of the free security tools is published under the MIT licence on GitHub. Other trademarks are the property of their owners and are used only to identify them.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Arventiq Labs LLP is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or the free tools, and our total liability for any claim about the website is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service involved, if any. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have.
